Platinum Sponsorship includes: named sponsor of lunch, carts, drinks or prizes with signage on lunch tables and throughout tournament, 1 team entry, 2 hole signs displayed on tee boxes (front & back nine), 12 raffle tickets, individual banner displayed on golf course, logo on the Community Connections website for one year, & option to put marketing material in player swag bags.

Team Registration ($500)
Tournament registration includes: 18 Holes of championship golf for 4 players, green fees, cart rental, range balls, lunch, & course contests.

Single Player ($125)
Single player entry includes: 18 holes of championship golf, green fees, cart rental, range balls, lunch & course contests.
Donate a Raffle Item
On the day of the tournament, each person will have an opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win one of the fabulous items donated by various companies & individuals.
